Hopefully the changes will present diglis.com with no problems and the change over will be swift.
Over the next few weeks all customer accounts will be transferred from our existing servers on to our new cloud platform. This new platform will provide a level of redundancy, performance and flexibility that cannot be matched on our current setup. It will provide relief from some of the minor irritating bugs associated with the current single server setup and take us one big step closer to 100% fall over redundancy across our entire service.
The actual moves will be staged server by server and will take place during the night. Each individual server move will be announced on our forums on this thread... here. There is expected to be an hour or two of downtime during the night while the sites are transferred due to the changing of IP addresses. Any email's received during this time will be queued and still be delivered once the DNS has updated so it's not anything to be concerned about, no data will be lost.
