Air rifle on reserve.
« on: July 21, 2012, 10:50:01 AM »
The Police were called to the nature reserve by a dog walker this morning (Saturday 21st July) at around 7.45.Someone was using an air rifle over there. Two separate dog owners came running off the reserve, frightened that some idiot was going to shoot their dogs. The Police found nothing over there.

If you do hear or see someone shooting, call the police immediately.Don't hesitate.it could be your dog or child caught in the line of fire. >:(

I doubt that people of school age, holidays or not, would be out of their beds at 7.45 am christopher.  ;)

I don't feel that any of us have the necessary skills to pass judgment on persons of school age to be the source of all the bad things that happen during the annual holidays.  :-\ Most of them are spending their time in the South of France or further afield.  :)

My guess is that probably somebody was trying to supplement their pets food bill with a few rabbits.
