Hello Diglis,
I am pleased that you have opened up this topic subject.  We are facing unprecedented challenges to our health and our way of life.  It is useful to have a forum where neighbours can help and support each other.

As your Worcester City Councillors, Jabba Riaz and I are available to help deal with any particular concerns.  We are in touch with Council officers and a number of community groups.  Our contact details are at the end of this post.

Worcestershire County Council have now set up a Covid-19 information site, including a Here2Help section so that volunteers and people in need can find each other.

Hi it's good to see the forums open again and I hope all are keeping well. We now all have to hang out of our windows blowing a trumpet and sing some opera.  :'

It's been a long time since I have been able to sort out the problems with Diglis.Com and particularly this forum. One of the problems has been trying to stop "bots" from trying to register. A fix has been put into operation and if that works I'll carry on working on this forum part of Diglis.com.   

The word ‘tenebrae’ is Latin for shadows and the purpose of the service is to recreate the emotional aspects of the passion story.
The service will begin with St Mark’s Church in candlelight. There will be as many candles as there are readings plus a white Christ candle.  For anyone who hasn't taken part in a Tenebrae service before, it is a very moving, reflective service alternating chants/songs with the readings telling the story of the Crucifixion and the time leading up to it.
