Fire engines in Waverley St

At least two fire engines roared up Waverley St at 5pm today,sirens going.They seemed to stop at the junction of St Marks Close and Orchard St.Anyone any idea what was happening?

I thought I replied to you for some reason the message didn't go through! Basically the midland power factory at the end is owned by someone else now using the building as storage. He was getting rid of some rubbish and decided to burn it. Someone in one of the houses in osier close panicked after seeing smoke and called the fire brigade and probably because of the hurrendous factory Fire a few years ago. Wasn't serious luckily!

You did reply to my post asking about the fire engines,but a few posts got lost with all the technical stuff that's been going on recently,and I reckon yours was one of them!
