"Awol" bin

If anyone reading this has lost a black recycling bin there is one outside the gates of the Bretheren's meeting place on Diglis Lane. There is no house number on it but it does have a 30mph speed restriction sticker on it.

I wonder if it might belong to the lady next to the Brethren's meeting place?  I remember giving out a 30mph sticker to her son.  She would be unlikely to read your message.
