Thanks for saying so but I think I'm v boring! So how does this work then, can you share posts between here & fb or do we post on both?

I think you have to post either on here or on facebook. The idea of facebook was to publish Diglis.com. But having said that there are a few plugins that I seem to remember where you can intergate both sites. I'll do some searching and find out.
